talk10x Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "We," "Us," or "talk10x" and their connotations) operates a website (URL: https://www.talk10x.com) (together called as "Platform") which is engaged in the service of online classes of spoken English and helps students learn English.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") describe the terms on which the Company grants end users access to the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Services") and shall be read with the privacy policy available on https://www.talk10x.com/privacy-policy.

Anyone below 18 years of age is assumed to be a child ("Child") and requires parental consent to use the Platform. The parents of the Child or users above 18 years of age are hereinafter referred to as "You." The term "Users" for the purposes of these Terms shall be read as You and/or Child.

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

In addition, when using any particular services or availing any promotional offer, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted guidelines or rules, as may be applicable to such services and offers. 3. User ID and Password

• Provide accurate account details (name, email, demographics, Child age validation, parental consent).
• You must be 18+ to register. Under 18 requires parental/legal guardian consent.
• Your Participant Account is for exclusive personal use; sharing is prohibited and may lead to termination.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account.
• The Company is not liable for misuse arising from your failure to maintain security.

4. Service Usage Period

• Usage Periods: 30‑day Subscription, 6‑month, or 12‑month packages from the start date.
• Subscriptions auto‑renew every 30 days unless cancelled per Section 5.

5. Usage Fees and Payment Methods

• Pay applicable Fees and taxes to use the Service.
• Make payments via designated methods on the talk10x website.

6. Refunds

• Request refunds within 72 hours of purchase for Subscriptions.
• Refunds deduct charges for classes already taken at the listed price.
• No refunds after 72 hours.
• Promotional discounts/benefits are cancelled and deducted from refunds.
• No obligation to pre‑announce promotions; reinstatement not guaranteed on interruptions.

7. License & Intellectual Property

• Limited, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, revocable license for personal use.
• No reproduction, distribution, sublicensing, broadcasting, or derivative works without consent.
• All IP (recordings, materials, text, multimedia) remains Company property.
• Recording/sharing classes (incl. trials) without approval is prohibited.

8. Suspension & Termination

• Prohibited behaviour or violation of Terms.
• Failure to follow instructions from the Company or Tutors.
• Inappropriate behaviour.
• Any other reasons deemed inappropriate by the Company.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for actions under their account and resulting damages.
• Maintain proper decorum and behaviour with Tutors.

10. Copyright and Ownership

• All intellectual property belongs to the Company or licensors.
• Unauthorized use or external uploads are prohibited and may trigger legal action.

11. Disclaimer

• Inability to book specific time slots or Tutors.
• Interruptions due to outages or issues beyond our control.
• Security incidents or third‑party malicious activities.
• Effectiveness/accuracy of lessons or third‑party services.
• Technical issues with software, hardware, or third‑party apps.

12. Miscellaneous

• You may not transfer your rights; the Company may transfer obligations while honouring your rights.
• If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
• These Terms form the entire agreement between you and talk10x.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
